MESTRE legal
Terms
Terms for this website and for limited supervised early access. Last updated July 29, 2026.
Agreement to these terms
By using this website or taking part in limited supervised early access, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting them for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to do so, and “you” means that company. MESTRE is operated from Ontario, Canada by Vansh Sundan.
Informational website
This website describes a product in limited supervised early access. Its content is provided for general informational purposes and may change as the product is tested and improved.
Limited supervised early access
MESTRE is not generally available. Access may be limited, changed, paused, or ended while the product is being validated. Features, outputs, workflows, and early-access terms may change.
What MESTRE provides
MESTRE reads the documents you supply and reports what it finds in them. It surfaces information for your review. It does not confirm that the information is correct, current, or complete, and it does not obtain documents on your behalf.
MESTRE does not:
- confirm that a tender package is complete;
- monitor a procurement portal for changes or new addenda;
- guarantee that every requirement, date, addendum, or priced item has been identified;
- perform takeoff from construction drawings; or
- decide whether you should bid.
Decision support—not professional advice
MESTRE is a decision-support tool. Its output is not legal, engineering, financial, or tendering advice. It does not guarantee compliance, bid eligibility, bid success, document completeness, or the accuracy of every finding.
Contractor responsibility
Every MESTRE output is a draft for review. Before relying on anything MESTRE produces, you must check each finding against the original tender document.
You remain solely responsible for reviewing the complete tender package, confirming source documents and portal updates, obtaining appropriate professional advice, verifying quantities and pricing, completing forms, meeting deadlines, and making every final bid and submission decision. Using MESTRE does not transfer any of that responsibility.
No warranty
MESTRE and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties and conditions—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement—are excluded. MESTRE is not warranted to be uninterrupted, error-free, or to identify every relevant item in a document.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MESTRE and Vansh Sundan are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for any lost profit, lost revenue, lost bid, unsuccessful bid, disqualified bid, mispriced work, missed deadline, contractual penalty, business interruption, or loss of data, whether or not the possibility of such loss was known.
Total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to MESTRE or this website is limited to the amount you actually paid for MESTRE in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Illustrative product output
Product examples on this website are illustrative. They are not customer results, commitments, or proof that every tender will produce the same fields or findings.
Early-access arrangements
Any supervised evaluation, including treatment of non-public documents, is discussed separately before a tender is reviewed. Do not send confidential tender materials through this website or before those arrangements are confirmed.
Acceptable use
Do not use this website or MESTRE to break the law, infringe another party’s rights, submit documents you are not permitted to share, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with normal operation.
Intellectual property
MESTRE, its software, branding, and website content remain the property of Vansh Sundan. Documents you supply remain yours, and nothing here transfers ownership of them.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product develops. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use after an update means the updated terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, and you agree to that venue.
